Recipe for the Week!
Banoffe
2 cap-full vanilla essence
2 cups brewed coffee (cooled)
2 bananas (soft)
sprinkle of cinnamon powder
sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg
1 tbsp cream liqueur
2 tbsp powdered milk
1 dash bitters
Sugar to taste
2 cups of water
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice for immediate consumption, otherwise leave to cool in the refrigerator.
